Hello, my name is Zach I graduated the Institute of Culinary Education based in NYC in 2010. Went on to work in prominent restaurants on the NJ shore and NYC. I am here to bring the comfort of east coast Italian food with a flair of fine dining to the mountains.

18% Gratuity will be applied for staffing on parties of 6 or more.
A 50% deposit is required after you are invoiced to lock in the date. You must cancel two weeks in advance of your dinner date to receive a refund on your deposit. If you need to reschedule your dinner date, you must give two weeks’ notice.
No refunds will be given within two weeks of a scheduled dinner date.
Dinners typically need to be planned more than two weeks out. For something very small feel free to contact me and if my schedule allows, I will do my best to make it happen for you.
Zach and Hillery came over to our place fully prepared to put on a through dining experience. Everything that we ordered was cooked perfectly and the portion sizes were appropriate if not generous. Both of them were attentive to any requests or necessary adjustments throughout the four courses. I would 100% do this again and hoping I get to soon.
